Terms and conditions
The terms that apply to every order placed in our shop.
1. General provisions
The NE Wolka Hurt online shop (the ‘Shop’) is operated by NE Wolka Hurt, ul. Nadrzeczna 16, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, NIP —, email: —. The Shop sells wholesale to businesses only.
2. Orders
- Orders are accepted through the website 24 hours a day.
- The minimum order is 5 packs or cartons.
- Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN), net per piece; VAT is added in accordance with applicable law.
- The contract is concluded when the Shop confirms the order.
3. Payments
Available payment methods: bank transfer, online payment (Przelewy24) and cash on delivery. Orders paid by bank transfer are fulfilled once the payment has been credited to the Shop’s account.
4. Delivery
The delivery cost depends on the weight of the shipment and the destination country — current rates are listed on the ‘Delivery costs’ page. Free pickup from our warehouse is available.
5. Invoices
VAT invoices are issued in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). Businesses from other EU countries with an active EU VAT number (VIES) receive invoices at the 0% VAT rate (intra-Community supply of goods).
6. Complaints

7. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code.
